I see all these stamps saying "I prefer old sonic" or whatever... XP Ffs, there's a reason they left it behind. The old sonic games were cool. The accompanying series were not so hot. Fast forward: Sonic Heroes is practically a direct 3D translation of the classic games, minus the sprites and MIDI-ish theme tunes that make it retro. Retro no worky for me.
And heck, if you miss the old characters that much, there's tons of old vids, comics and fan fics to beat the band.

I can honestly say I like the new design Sonic over the old design. The only thing I hate about Sonic now is the bad games. I have all the old Sonic games which were AWESOME!!!!.............but really, they did leave it behind for a reason. :D

I love both classic Sonic and the new games. To me storylines and voices actors don't matter as much as the fun I have playing the game itself. ^^

I prefer old sonic but I see whatcha mean. The voice actors are better these days though. Sonics old voice sounded like he constantly had to cough D: the grafix are better now to but I grew up with old sonic. thats why I love it so much.

Aww, shucks *blushes* Yeah, they kinda traded off gameplay for graphics. Or they couldn't keep it fresh after Sonic Heroes. Or, more likely, they just rush everything nowadays. Although I think they're taking their time on Sonic Riders Zero Gravity *is hopeful*

I respect that ^^ And I didn't hear much of the old voice actors, but the 4kids voices suck. The previous Sega ones (the ones used on Sonic Heroes) - Ryan Drummond, etc. were the best ones (apart from Rouge and Knuckles, I think. Dan Green is the only good 4kids actor).

The only voices in sonic heroes is didnt like were Tails, Knuckles and Rouge. The rest were cool. I'll get you a link to an old Sonic cartoon and send it to ya via MSN kay ^^

I can honestly say that I think it's all 3. I don't think there's much time 4 Zero Gravity. It was announced over the summer and is coming out in February over here. PLLLLLLLLEEEEEAAASSSSEEEEEE MAKE THIS A GOOD 1 SEGA!!!!! :pray: :fingerscrossed:

Rouge was kinda weird in Sonic Heroes, her 4kids voice was an improvement :noes: but at least Tails sounded like a little boy, now he sounds like a little girl :noes:

Whats with all the sonic hate? I mean sure the last big game he was in kind of sucked (Sonic 360/PS3) but the same was true for Mario (Sunshine - Mario party #27) but you did not hear anyone say *F!@K you Mario!* like they do to sonic now. its not Sonic's
